The new booking system for meeting rooms is proving popular and we are recieving an increasing number of bookings. Remember, as clients of the EIC you recieve up to 50% discount on your meeting rooms! In addition to meeting rooms you can also book:
Touchdown Offices: EIC Virtual clients (Now called VIP's) have an allocated block of hours per month in which they have access to an office within the centre - fully inclusive of internet connection, refreshments, printer,copier and scanning equipment & reception services - so if you are holding a meeting or simply need some quality time within a business environment - you can simply book your office online!
Carparking: Here at the EIC we have restricted parking, although we have improved the availability over the past 12-18 months we are aware of your frustrations regarding this. The reception team will try to ensure you or your visitors are able to park within the adjacent car park whenever possible. You can help by pre-booking spaces wherever possible - this can now be completed online!
Catering: Whether you are holding an event of simply need a snack for an in-office meeting (or a personal function!) You can now order catering through our booking system.
