Getting to Peterborough by Rail

The EIC is located 10 minutes walk from Peterborough railway station (5 minutes by taxi). The station is served by frequent trains from London (50 minutes), Yorkshire, the North East and Scotland. It also has direct services from Birmingham, the North West and East Anglia (including Stansted Airport).

Walking route to the EIC from Peterborough Railway Station

Turn right out of the station, cross the entrance to the station car park and walk alongside the parked taxis. Walk past multi-storey car park, keeping it to your right, and take pedestrian foot bridge over the dual carriageway. Walk through Queensgate shopping centre and descend to the ground floor. When you see New Look and Thomas Cook ahead of you, keep to left and walk past Boots and Jessops. Exit shopping centre and turn left. Turn right on to Westgate. The EIC is located on the right opposite the City Market.
